As per the local law we are very particulared in this matters.

b.Compensation And Working Hours

Compensation and working hours defined as wages and work laws. We have a strandard rules and regulations for working hours, we allows only a general shift to the labours, the overtime will be allowed only if the work target is fixed, we pay compensation for extra working hours. The rest periods will give to employees as per the company norms.

c.Non-Discrimination

Non discrimation is defined as hiring an employe in unfair way,we do not hire and employ on the basic of racicsm, gender,age,nationality,religion,sexual orientation,maritual status, citizenship,medical condition. We follow the practice of equality,we treat everyone in same manner without any partiality.
